Designed for a busy, growing family, this Westlake renovation transformed an outdated first floor into a home that feels both elevated and effortless to live in. We reimagined the kitchen and laundry room with thoughtful storage tailored to the family's everyday routines, created flexible spaces for working and playing, and layered in timeless furnishings and durable performance materials designed to stand up beautifully to family life.

As our fifth project with these clients, we approached the renovation and furnishings holistically, considering how every space could work together to make the home more functional, cohesive, and distinctly theirs. The result is a family-friendly home designed not just for this season of life, but to grow with them for years to come.
